I’ve had at least a dozen visits over the years and this is hands down the most helpful store in Manhattan.

Closest hardware store to home for me, well stocked for a lower manhattan hardware store, and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. I don’t often leave reviews but honestly was just a bit taken aback by the one star reviews and don’t think 3.8 stars is fair at all.
